Define the conditions that the organization should have to be competent in the market and implement business strategies that emphasize the virtues of the product and the location of the point of sale; also, organizational and legal studies which allowed design the structure and policies of the company, taking into account their respective regulatory requirements for forming the same. Make appropriate operational costs, financial test and profitability; which lists by facts, figures and values the viability of the project; and checking the implementation phase.

Mediante estudios de mercado se busca analizar indicadores como la demanda y oferta; así como realizar los estudios técnicos que permitan captar las necesidades que se requieren para la puesta en marcha de una empresa, que cumpla con los estándares de calidad y requerimientos necesarios para su montaje. Definir las condiciones que la organización debe tener para ser competente en el mercado e implementar estrategias comerciales que resalten las virtudes del producto y la ubicación del punto de venta; asimismo estudios organizacionales y legales los cuales permitirán diseñar la estructura y políticas de la empresa, teniendo en cuenta los respectivos requisitos reglamentarios para la formación de la misma.
