La propuesta se apoyó en el enfoque de Intervención Psicosocial en el contexto Educativo y Familiar, orientando el proceso desde diferentes perspectivas de abordaje teórico y práctico, involucrando la comunidad en un proceso de integración, y la metodología reflexiva hacia una dinamización y restructuración con un plan de acción para llegar a un aprendizaje practico en la vida personal y familiar, dándole importancia a las relaciones interpersonales, intrafamiliares y sociales como factores que inciden o afectan la buena convivencia en las instituciones educativas, se desarrolló una estrategia de intervención en la comunidad educativa en aspectos relevantes como: la buena comunicación, la autoestima y la solución de conflictos. El desarrollo del proyecto se llevó a cabo durante 4 horas diarias de lunes a viernes desde el mes de Abril hasta el mes de Octubre con u total de 540 horas. Se logró el desarrollo de 11 talleres, 4 talleres a padres y madres de familia, 6 talleres a estudiantes de la básica primaria y la básica secundaria, 1 taller a directivos, docentes y militares. La cual se apoyó en los referentes teóricos: Ley 1620 del 15 de Marzo de 2013, Decreto 088 de 1976 y 14 19 de 1978, Decreto 1860.This work was based on the creation and implementation of the school for parents in order to support the Psych-orientation department at the Military Academy Gustavo Matamoros D "Costa (Popayan Cauca), seeking to strengthen interpersonal relationships in the family and school context. The proposal was based on the approach of Psychosocial Intervention in Educational and Family context, guiding the process from different perspectives of theoretical and practical approach, involving the community in a process of integration, and reflective metodology towards revitalization and restructuring with the aim to reach a practical learning in personal and family life, giving importance to interpersonal, intra-family and social relationships as factors that influence or affect coexistence in educational institutions. An intervention strategy was developed in the educational community on relevant aspects such as:: Good communication, self-esteem and Conflict Resolution. The developed of project was carried out during 4 hours daily from Monday to Friday, from April to October with a total of 540 hours.
