Dentro de la aplicación de los procesos supply en la empresa INDUSTRIAS GRAFICAS BARCELONA S.A. (Hace Aproximadamente 33 años surge la empresa, entre sus productos se encuentran agendas, cuadernos, carpetas y productos de piñatería) se analiza profundamente la estructura de la cadena de abastecimiento y suministros de la empresa que está conformada por diferentes subsistemas y donde se logra identificar las relaciones más importantes entre los procesos al interior de la empresa y los efectos de cada una en el desempeño de la cadena relacionadas con el comportamiento de la demanda, se analizan los procesos integrados administrativos, lo no administrados, monitoreados, los no participantes, se identifica: Área comercial, Área de Diseño, Área de contabilidad, Planta de Producción, Área de Compras y Área de Bodega y despachos. Nos centramos en el enfoque estratégico del Supply Chain, donde se analizan dos procesos: Administración del servicio al cliente y Administración de la demanda, de hecho la buena administración de la cadena otorga ventajas competitivas invalorables, más si se integran los diferentes canales de distribución. Llegamos al concepto de Benchmarking: es una técnica, que a nivel mundial es usada por el sector industrial y de servicios como una herramienta de mejora y de comparación con sus competidores en el sector de la cosmetología y productos de belleza. También identificamos que la empresa necesita poner en práctica y aplicar de manera más eficiente la mayoría de los ítems relacionados a prácticas en cadena de suministro y logística para lograr el mejor rendimiento y funcionamiento de la empresa, apoyándose en una logística de carácter integrador dentro de todos sus departamentos en vías de generar un flujo de información, material, energía y finanzas desde el cliente hasta los proveedores. La empresa INDUSTRIAS GRAFICAS BARCELONA a partir del personal especializado a nivel ejecutivo identifica los obstáculos previstos para la implementación del proceso logístico y prevé un plan estratégico para equilibrar dichas prácticas, realizando el estudio del SCM permitiendo ampliar la visibilidad externa, refiriéndonos a su relación- colaboración con su red de socios de negocio, además que reduce el riesgo operacional, esto es: cualquier improvisto que pueda interrumpir la cadena de suministro, se reduce con indicadores que alerten anticipadamente de posibles riesgos de interrupción de la cadena, desarrollando planes de contingencia para mantener la actividad de la empresa en todo momento. Planteándonos el SCM en IGB miramos gran variedad de situaciones en las cuales es necesario que los administradores o empresarios debemos conocer para tener un amplio conocimiento al momento de estructurar o reestructurar una empresa, decidiéndonos por emplear el mejor método que se adecue a ella, para saber cómo sacarla adelante alcanzando nuestros objetivos, además que realizando este ejercicio logramos realmente conocer cuál es la verdadera situación de la empresa frente al Benchmarking, y cuáles son los aspectos en los cuales se tiene que mejorar y en cuales puede seguir manteniendo, ya que cumple con los requisitos necesarios para garantizar el éxito del negocio y de la compañía. Terminada esta investigación se puede concluir que las organizaciones son ampliamente heterogéneas y diversas, de las cuales sus objetivos, características, son diferentes.This project consisted in meeting grade modern Supply Chain Management concepts, which allow us to change the paradigm and understand why the companies are inclined management models with "win - win" philosophy. Withing the application of the process in the enterprise supply BARCELONA GRAPHIC INDUSTRY S.A. (about 33 years ago the company emerges among its products are diaries, notebooks, folders and pinateria products) deeply analyzes the structure of the supply chain and supplies company that is comprised of various subsystems and where you can identify the most important relationship among processes within the company and the effects of each on the performance of the chain related to the behavior of demand, integrated administrative processes area analyzed, identified: commercial area, design area, accounting area, production plant, shopping area and storage area and handling. We focus on the strategic standpoint of supply chain where two processes are analyzed: customer service administration and management of demand, on fact good chain management provides invaluable competitive advantage, especially if the different distribution channels are integrated. We reach at the concept of Benchmarking: it is a technique, which is used worldwide by industry and services as a tool for improvement and comparison with its competitors in the field of cosmetology and beauty products. Also identified that the company need the implement and more efficiently implement most of items related to practices in supply chain and logistics to achieve the best performance and operation of the company, supported by a logistics integrator character within all departments in the process of generating a flow of information, materials, energy and finance from customer to the suppliers. The BARCELONA GRAPHIC INDUSTRY company from skilled executive process and provides a strategic plan to balance these practices, making the study of SCM expand allowing external visibility, referring to his relationship with his network- collaboration business partners, besides reducing operational risk, that is any unexpectedly that would disrupt the supply chain is reduced with early indicators thet alert you to potential interruption of the chain, developing contingency plans to maintain the activity of the company of all times.
