situación que permitió la elaboración de un plan de intervención con un enfoque pedagógico constructivista, que requiere de la participación activa de todos los colaboradores de la Institución, ya que esta propuesta incluye la aplicación de una serie de talleres con estrategias que influirán directamente en el comportamiento y actitud de los funcionarios, generando en esta Institución la adopción de una nueva cultura organizacional.This research project was developed in the Social Security Fund Health of the University of Nariño, in order to identify through the application of two elements of data collection (interview and survey), the weaknesses and strengths in communication level of such entity;
