Objetivo General: Implementar alternativas que se enfoquen en la ayuda a la comunidad que cuente con problemáticas sociales, por medio de asistencia audiovisual donde muestre la estrategia SISSU trabajada por los estudiantes de la UNAD y de esta manera generar impacto y una mayor integración social local y regional. Metodología: Que se utilizó para la investigación un método de tipo etnográfico, descriptivo y transversal en el que se evaluó a un grupo de personas de una comunidad y su cultura con respecto a las problemáticas que se presentan dentro de esta, y de esta manera se puede seguir con el rumbo original de la estrategia SISSU, trabajar con comunidades vulnerables. Resultados: El resultado de la investigación fue de manera positiva, debido a que el aporte cognitivo que se le brindo a las comunidades con conflictos internos que participaron en el video implementando el proyecto SISSU presenciaron que dicha participación hizo que sus problemáticas internas fueron disminuyendo, todo esto porque ellos encontraron una forma de comunicarse y trasmitir sus problemas internos y de esta manera lograr obtener un cambio constructivo para su vida. Conclusión: Se puede concluir que el implementar la estrategia SISSU y además plasmarlo es una ayuda audiovisual con la participación de comunidades con problemáticas sociales internas ayuda a que estas comunidades logren regular estos conflictos, y la grabación del video puede trasmitir una ayuda a otras comunidades que lo requieran.System Unadista -SISSU Social Service, is a system that has been implemented in vulnerable communities, to give them help people with problems of internal conflict that occur today in societies of our country.
