Martínez Cifuentes, Cristian YesidCamacho Araque, Yeimy Piedadcead_-_yopal2014-11-07T23:36:18Z2014-11-07T23:36:18Z2014-08-28https://repository.unad.edu.co/handle/10596/2638Imágenes, Gráficas y TablasEl presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objeto conocer el proceso de implementación de la Ley 1620 de 2013 Convivencia Escolar y el y el Decreto reglamentario 1965 de 2013 en las Instituciones Educativas Públicas de la ciudad Yopal; con el fin de verificar la realización de los diferentes procesos que menciona el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, a través de los lineamientos técnicos que forman parte de esta legislación del orden nacional, en cada una de las Instituciones Educativas; así como su inclusión en el Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI) y articulación con los proyectos pedagógicos trasversales. A partir de establecer una línea de base de este proceso, se lleva a cabo un proceso de acompañamiento y asistencia técnica de manera articulada con la Secretaría de Educación Municipal, que inicia desde la socialización de la Ley de Convivencia Escolar hasta la implementación de la misma en veinticuatro Instituciones Educativas de carácter oficial. Los resultados parciales del presente estudio, muestran un conocimiento de la normatividad vigente por parte de los directivos y cuerpo docente de las veinticuatro Instituciones Educativas que forman parte de la muestra; sin embargo, el proceso se limita a la conformación de los Comités de Convivencia Escolar al interior de las Instituciones, sin la puesta en marcha de acciones concretas que respondan a las directrices nacionales, debido en gran parte, a falencias propias de cada institución que dificultan la articulación con los diversos proyectos pedagógicos transversales. Lo anterior, trae como consecuencia, entre otras cosas, que aún no realice un proceso de atención adecuada y oportuna a los eventos relacionados con el bullyng y el ciber bullyng, lo cual parte desde la misma tipificación de los casos, ya que los actores del sistema educativo no están capacitados para identificarlos y distinguirlos de las vivencias cotidianas de los niños y jóvenes en edad escolar.The main purpose of this research was knewing the implementation’s process of 1602/2013 law about School life and ordinance 1965-2013 for High Schools in Yopal city; with the purpose of verify the accomplishment of different process that MEN (National Education’s Ministry) refers, following the technical guidelines that join to national legislation in each of Educational Institutions; as well as Institutional Educational Project (IEP) and Educational Transversal Projects linkage. After establishing a baseline of this process, performed an accompanying and technical assistance in coordination with the Municipal Secretariat of Education, it starts from the Law’ socialization and implementation about School life in twenty Official Educational Institutions. Partial results of this study show a knowledge of current regulations by executives and teachers from twenty-four educational institutions who are part of the sample; however, the process is limited to the Committees of School Life formation within the institutions, without the implementation of concrete measures that meet national guidelines, cause by each institution's own shortcomings that hinder coordination with the different educational projects.
