Pero, para llegar al punto en que estos sueños se hagan realidad, es necesario y prudente realizar un Plan de Negocio; Plan que siempre nace de una idea, de una necesidad que se evidencia en un mercado y de una oportunidad por aprovechar. A lo largo del trabajo presentado a continuación, se presenta un plan de negocio basado en las experiencias y una idea del autor; idea que tomara forma y se desarrollara mediante un programa protocolo a seguir que dejara en evidencia su viabilidad o no, en caso de no serlo se harán los respectivos ajustes buscando que lo sea. Seguridad Palma es el nombre que se ha elegido para la idea de negocio que se va a desarrollar, la cual es, una central de monitoreo de alarmas. Como se dijo anteriormente basado en la experiencia del autor, quien ha trabajado toda su vida en seguridad, se encontró una necesidad de crear una empresa que ofrezca este servicio. Se plantea un problema que está generando la necesidad y del cual nace la idea de este plan de negocios, por medio del seguimiento de un protocolo de estudio se desarrolla la idea. En la primera parte del trabajo se presenta el trabajo investigativo, por medio del cual se indaga sobre la viabilidad desde la formulación de la idea de negocio hasta el estudio de mercado. En la segunda parte se hacen los estudios técnicos del trabajo, en el que se busca verificar temas importantes como perfil del personal, maquinaria necesaria, descripción del producto, escogencia de la ubicación de la central de alarmas. Por último se presenta el estudio financiero que recoge toda la información obtenida con anterioridad junto a su evaluación mediante indicadores de rentabilidad, que permiten concluir la viabilidad financiera de desarrollo del plan de negocios y hacer las conclusiones.Nowadays and the capitalist economic model in which we are involved, in which business are more profitable than offer the job in exchange of a salary, it is a dream for anyone to create business or develop his own business. Throughout the work presented below, a business plan based on the author’s idea and experiences is presented; idea that will be developed through a protocol program to follow which will showits viability or otherwise, respective adjustments should be done to achieve it. Palma Security is the name chosen for the business idea to develop, which is an alarm monitoring central. As it was mentioned above based on the author's experience, who has worked all his life in security, a need to create a company that offers this service was found. A problem is stated that is creating the need and from which the idea for this business plan starts, through monitoring a study protocol the idea develops arises. In the first part of the work the research work is presented, through the feasibility is inquired starting from the development of the business idea until the market research. In the second part technical studies of the work are done, whereit seeks to verify important topics such as personal profiles, necessary equipment, product description, choice of the location of the alarm center.
