La característica principal de esta investigación, basa sus postulados En estudio de caso, mediante un diseño descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo, con el objetivo de diseñar un programa de atención e inclusión psico - educativa, que permita a un estudiante con parálisis cerebral vinculado a la UNID, trabajar en el aula virtual de la UNAD. Como persona vinculada en procesos académicos de formación superior, quien recibe orientación sobre su vocación y a su vez, identificar pautas que le permitan adquirir autonomía en su aprendizaje y actividades cotidianas con el propósito de fortalecer sus competencias para el cumplimiento de metas y desarrollo personal. El test de RAVEN fue aplicado en el proceso de investigación encontrándose que el estudiante presenta un coeficiente intelectual entre 75 y 90 puntos lo que e indica que según su edad presenta un coeficiente intelectual que le permite continuar su proceso de profesionalización para alcázar la meta propuesta. A través de la investigación se logró el diseño de una guía titulada Guía Para comprender la discapacidad como diversidad funcional”, para el manejo y buen trato de las personas con diversidad funcional, con el patrocinio de la UNAD, UNID. Se Diseñaron afiches de sensibilización Titulados “Inclúyeme yo también cuento”, “Ellos tiene algo especial, te tienen a ti” resaltando las habilidades y destrezas de personalidades que se han destacado en el mundo por sus grandes talentos y excelencia y que hacen parte el grupo poblacional con discapacidad, objeto de este estudio.This research aims to identify the process of psycho-educational development in a child with cerebral palsy linked to the National Open and Distance University "UNAD" -Hard Care Functional Diversity "PCS", for which a process is performed accompanying psycho - educational to verify the skills and opportunities of the same, strengthening areas that require psychosocial support to form in this one person who displayed their potential and capabilities based on their individual educational needs.
