Es así como nace la idea de originar un tipo de organización para madres residenciadas en el barrio San José de los Campanos de Cartagena-Bolívar, a fin de promover un mejoramiento en su calidad de vida. Para ello se desarrolla entonces un estudio de mercado por medio del cual se evalúa cualitativa y cuantitativamente la situación de la población objeto de estudio y su entorno más próximo, identificando con ello las necesidades a combatir y las oportunidades para mejorar dichas condiciones. La propuesta se desarrolla a partir de una breve descripción del barrio donde se localiza la población a estudiar lo que permite evidenciar la condición real de esta población y por consiguiente permite reconocer la necesidad de realizar una investigación que permita identificar cuál sería la empresa asociativa que brinde a la población en mención un mayor ingreso económico, con el que puedan aportar significativamente a su grupo familiar y mejorar así su calidad de vida. Finalmente y gracias a la evaluación social realizada con la ayuda de la encuesta en el estudio de mercado elaborado, se apreció el impacto positivo que generaría una forma organizativa autogestionaria como es la del tipo cooperativo, ofreciéndoles no solo los ingresos necesarios para satisfacer sus necesidades más básicas, sino la oportunidad de crecer integralmente ellas, sus familias, lo que obviamente se verá reflejado en el desarrollo de la comunidad que las acoge.This project, considering the situation in the country in terms of employment, is aimed at building capacity and skills of women through offering a business organization the option to consolidate development processes from their community. Thus was born the idea of causing a type of organization for mothers residence in neighborhood San José de los Campanos of Cartagena- Bolivar, to promote an improvement in their quality of life. This then develops market research whereby qualitatively and quantitatively evaluates the status of the population under study and its surroundings, thereby identifying needs and opportunities to fight to improve these conditions. The proposal was developed from a brief description of the neighborhood where is located the study population which makes evident the actual condition of this population and therefore to recognize the need to conduct research to identify what the business association that provides mention the population increased income, with which can contribute significantly to their families and improve their quality of life.
