Este artículo es basado en la importancia de la responsabilidad social del Revisor Fiscal en el ejercicio de sus funciones, y cómo afecta este comportamiento a los diferentes usuarios de la información, para analizar los problemas que se derivan de la falta de responsabilidad social del Revisor Fiscal, se realizaron entrevistas que permitieron obtener información valiosa sobre las percepciones y experiencias de los Revisores Fiscales en relación con la responsabilidad social. Los resultados analizados revelan la importancia de que el Revisor Fiscal actúe de manera transparente, clara y responsable al informar sobre la información financiera. La falta de responsabilidad social por parte del Revisor Fiscal puede acarrear problemas significativos. Casos de corrupción y escándalos financieros han puesto en evidencia la necesidad de un desempeño ético y responsable en esta función. |

The results analyzed reveal the importance of the Statutory Auditor acting transparently, clearly and responsibly when reporting financial information. The lack of social responsibility on the part of the Statutory Auditor can cause significant problems.
