Se utilizó la metodología PRISMA de búsqueda y selección de trabajos de investigación para dar respuesta a dos preguntas de investigación, seleccionado al final, 46 artículos que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión sugeridos. Los hallazgos de la revisión indican que la Automatización Robótica de Procesos enfocada en el sector empresarial ha permitido a sus lideres o tomadores de decisiones aligerar sus trabajos a través de la transformación digital y producir un mayor retorno de recursos económicos al automatizar procesos en las empresas.

Los hallazgos de la revisión indican que la Automatización Robótica de Procesos enfocada en el sector empresarial ha permitido a sus lideres o tomadores de decisiones aligerar sus trabajos a través de la transformación digital y producir un mayor retorno de recursos económicos al automatizar procesos en las empresas.Focused on the business sector, this study offers a comprehensive review of the literature on Robotic Process Automation. The PRISMA methodology of search and selection of research works was used to answer two research questions, selecting at the end, 44 articles that met the suggested inclusion and exclusion criteria.
