Este documento presenta y delimita una investigación acerca de las prevenciones establecidas por la Corte Suprema de Justicia durante el año 2017 y, en sus diferentes pronunciamientos, sobre dichas medidas de previsión que debe tener en cuenta el empleador para evitar siniestros de carácter laboral, facilitando y conservando un ambiente de trabajo en cómodas condiciones de higiene y seguridad; de igual manera, creando sistemas de trabajo, sin olvidar el más bajo riesgo para la salud, dentro de los métodos de producción y desempeño de las labores de sus subordinados, y comprometiéndose a crear esquemas o programas que salvaguarden el bienestar de los trabajadores. En consecuencia, esta investigación tiene como propósito poner en conocimiento de los empleadores y trabajadores colombianos las disposiciones y consideraciones, de dicho tema, establecidas por la legislación colombiana y la Corte Suprema de Justicia. |
