description El acceso a la administración de justicia como derecho fundamental es un mecanismo del Estado Social de Derecho consistente en la materialización de los derechos constitucionales reconocidos a los habitantes de Colombia solo por el hecho de existir, que surgen a partir de esas garantías constitucionales que deben reinar en el actuar de las instituciones públicas y privadas del país. Dicho lo anterior mediante este texto se busca plantear como alternativa, las políticas públicas como una de las intervenciones de los gobiernos para garantizar el acceso eficaz y universal a la justicia por parte de los estados modernos como mecanismo para la no vulneración de los derechos otorgados.
