description Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los riesgos en los procesos misionales del centro deportivo Wodfit club de la ciudad de Cúcuta, Colombia bajo las directrices del PMBOK 5ta Edición. Para ello se identifican los riesgos en los procesos misionales, se evalúan los riesgos, se diseñan planes de respuesta y se establece el plan de control. A fin de los lograr el objetivo establecido se realiza una investigación de campo y se recurre a la técnica del grupo focal. Los resultados de la investigación han permitido identificar seis riesgos que requieren atención inmediata, estos son: 1R (accidentalidad), 2R (vinculación de personal no competente para la prestación del servicio), 5R (Daños en equipos deportivos o instalaciones), 6R (Lesiones deportivas), 7R (Omisión de consentimiento informado) y 9R (pérdida o hurto de implementos o accesorios de los usuarios). Al respecto, el centro deportivo Wodfit club debe dar respuesta a los riesgos con acciones efectivas para disminuir su probabilidad de ocurrencia.

This identifies the risks in the missionary processes, evaluates the risks, plans of response are designed and establishes the control plan. In order to achieve the established objective, a field investigation is carried out and the focus group technique is used. The results of the investigation have identified six risks that require immediate attention, these are: 1R (accidental), 2R (connection of personnel not competent for the provision of the service), 5R (Damage in sports equipment or facilities), 6R (sports Injuries), 7R (Omission of informed consent) and 9R (loss or theft of users ' implements or accessories).
