La realización del plan de emprendimiento para un criadero de codornices en la Mesa, Cundinamarca tiene una capacidad inicial de albergue de 10.000 aves (Codorniz) en edad de postura, es una actividad viable ya que posee una buena aceptación y amplio mercado en la ciudad de Bogotá, este negoció al ser altamente rentable logra una pronta recuperación de inversión, logrando utilidades satisfactorias a los socios. Durante el desarrollo de este proyecto se destacan las estrategias de creación, montaje y puesta en funcionamiento con características agropecuarias y comerciales logrando buenas técnicas operativas de producción coturnicola. El proyecto además genera ingreso por producción de carne en canal de las aves de descarte y subproductos de codornaza, se logra una participación importante del mercado de huevos de codorniz mediante el servicio y producto, el cual será alcanzado con calidad y distribución de sus productos ya que su comercialización se realizará cliente a cliente, punto a punto de distribución y no con tercero. |

It is a viable business because it has a good acceptance and wide market in Bogotá. This negotiated manages to be highly profitable investment with rapid returns, achieving satisfactory profits to business members. During the development of this project it is emphasized strategies for building, installation and commissioning of agricultural and commercial features achieving good operating techniques for quail production. The project also generates income producing meat from discard birds and by products of quail excrement.
