Tras la necesidad de implementar metodologías en las empresas que permitan a las mismas a ser más competitivas a nivel nacional e internacional, con el objetivo principal de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. El pasado 15 de noviembre de 2008 fue publicada la nueva Norma Internacional ISO 9001:2008. Para esta versión no están incluidos los nuevos requisitos o registros, pero esto no es un impedimento para que con esta norma los usuarios puedan acceder a los beneficios y eventual impacto a favor, que la misma puede tener en sus respectivos sistemas de gestión de la calidad. Todas la Normas ISO, deben ser revisadas durante el periodo de vigencia, de este modo se puede asegurar el hecho de que se mantienen actualizadas, acordes con su propósito y que a su vez satisfaga las necesidades de los usuarios. MERQUIMIA INTERNACIONAL SAS. Tras presenciar la necesidad de involucrase con estas nuevas metodologías y tendencias encaminadas hacia la calidad de sus productos y tareas realizadas, acepto realizar un análisis de factibilidad, causa o efecto respecto al impacto causado por la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad Norma Internacional ISO 9001:2008, donde es posible hacer uso de algunas técnicas reconocidas, dentro de las que podemos destacar el diagrama de causa y efecto la cual fue creada por el profesor Kaoru Ishikawa y utilizada por primera vez en 1953 en Japón por la compañía Acerera Kawasaki De acuerdo al diagnóstico y posterior implementación realizada, la dirección de MERQUIMIA INTERNACIONAL S.A.S., conoce a cabalidad las debilidades y fortalezas de su organización, planes de acción para el mejoramiento continuo de la misma y respectiva retroalimentación de los resultados, en busca de alcanzar una futura certificación. |
