El propósito de esta investigación se centra en identificar las amenazas existentes en la para la empresa fianzacrédito inmobiliario Cúcuta, dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en el decreto 1072 del 2015. Se tuvo en cuenta con base a la metodología identificar las amenazas, se estimaron las probabilidades considerando el contexto de la empresa aplicó encuesta como instrumento estadístico para determinar las amenazas existentes. Esta metodología de muestreo censal fue aplicada a la totalidad de los trabajadores, con un total de 11 empleados de las diferentes áreas que hace parte de la empresa. Se aplicó el instrumento propio donde se obtuvo como resultado que las principales amenazas identificadas fueron: organización, capacitación, dotación, materiales, equipos y sistemas alternos, con base a dichas amenazas se establecieron acciones tales como: creación de un plan de emergencia y simulacros, medios de egreso en la instalación de la organización, capacitación, formación y entrenamiento, protección y seguridad física entre otras |

It was taken into account based on the methodology to identify the threats, the probabilities were estimated considering the context of the company applied survey as a statistical instrument to determine the existing threats. This census sampling methodology was applied to all the workers, with a total of 11 employees from the different areas that are part of the company. The instrument itself was applied where it was obtained that the main threats identified were: organization, training, equipment, materials and alternate systems.
