Grandes compañías y medianas empresas invierten mucho dinero en formaciones y consultorías basados solo en aspectos que van con la estrategia de las organizaciones y muchas de ellas no siguen una secuencia lógica o simplemente no se parte desde la base del liderazgo, muchos autores tienes teorías y prácticas aisladas pero no se ha encontrado una ruta de ingreso al líder, que le permita seguir un conjunto de prácticas y ejemplos característicos de liderazgo, en este articulo vamos a encontrar la construcción de ruta de un líder, partiendo de una base solida como es el liderazgo intrapersonal (Liderarse a si mismo) y continuando sobre una serie de elementos de competencias y habilidades que harán del líder o nuevo líder un profesional formado en habilidades de liderazgo. |

In modern large corporations, recruiters insatiably seek leadership skills in their candidates; they even take on more relevance than technical skills. Many authors have isolated theories and practices about leadership, but a full leadership onboarding has not yet been found, which allows leader to follow a set of practices and characteristic examples of leadership.
