description En el ámbito de las ciencias jurídicas la justicia se puede decir que es dar a cada cual lo que le corresponde, pero ahora para traer esto al contexto del conflicto armado interno que vive Colombia, ha llegado el tiempo de dar a las víctimas, es decir una reparación. La agenda nacional ha puesto de tema principal la superación del conflicto armado interno y con ello construir el camino hacia la paz ya que al reparar a las víctimas de igual forma se conduce a la justicia y se obtiene finalmente la paz. La situación ha sido compleja y se ha posterga por más de 45 años, un camino del olvido de la guerra es lo que se quiere empezar a construir, el conflicto ha sido el recuerdo más antiguo de la mayoría de los colombianos, hoy se desea transformar ese hecho; La paz en el Estado de Colombia es un derecho fundamental que se encuentra consagrado en el artículo 22 de la constitución política de 1991, pese a esto se ha ejecutado por más de medio siglo un conflicto armado interno en esta República, causando víctimas de desplazamiento forzado con miles de muertos, miles de desaparecidos, y cientos de miles de víctimas de toda índole. Solo con el ánimo de ejemplificar uno de esos conflictos se encuentran las víctimas del conflicto entre el gobierno y las Farc, actualmente el gobierno nacional, presidido por el presidente Juan Manuel Santos y los delegados de las fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia-ejercito del pueblo, expresaron su voluntad mutua para llegar a un acuerdo para poner fin y revesar los efectos del conflicto, dando inicio a las conversaciones desde el día 18 de octubre de 2012 en la cuidad de Oslo, capital del Reino de Noruega y concluyendo el 24 agosto de 2016 en la Habana Cuba.

La agenda nacional ha puesto de tema principal la superación del conflicto armado interno y con ello construir el camino hacia la paz ya que al reparar a las víctimas de igual forma se conduce a la justicia y se obtiene finalmente la paz. La situación ha sido compleja y se ha posterga por más de 45 años, un camino del olvido de la guerra es lo que se quiere empezar a construir, el conflicto ha sido el recuerdo más antiguo de la mayoría de los colombianos, hoy se desea transformar ese hecho; La paz en el Estado de Colombia es un derecho fundamental que se encuentra consagrado en el artículo 22 de la constitución política de 1991, pese a esto se ha ejecutado por más de medio siglo un conflicto armado interno en esta República, causando víctimas de desplazamiento forzado con miles de muertos, miles de desaparecidos, y cientos de miles de víctimas de toda índole. Solo con el ánimo de ejemplificar uno de esos conflictos se encuentran las víctimas del conflicto entre el gobierno y las Farc, actualmente el gobierno nacional, presidido por el presidente Juan Manuel Santos y los delegados de las fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia-ejercito del pueblo, expresaron su voluntad mutua para llegar a un acuerdo para poner fin y revesar los efectos del conflicto, dando inicio a las conversaciones desde el día 18 de octubre de 2012 en la cuidad de Oslo, capital del Reino de Noruega y concluyendo el 24 agosto de 2016 en la Habana Cuba.In the area of the legal sciences, justice can be said to be giving everyone what is appropriate, but now to bring this to the context of the internal armed conflict in Colombia, the time has come to give victims, that is to say a repair. The national agenda has had as its main theme the overcoming of the internal armed conflict and with it to build the road to peace since reparation to the victims is equally conducive to justice and finally peace is obtained. The situation has been complex and has been postponed for more than 45 years, a way of forgetting war is what we want to start building, conflict has been the oldest memory of most Colombians, today we want to transform that fact; Peace in the State of Colombia is a fundamental right enshrined in Article 22 of the 1991 Political Constitution, despite the fact that for over half a century there has been an internal armed conflict in this Republic, causing victims of forced displacement with thousands dead, thousands missing, and hundreds of thousands of victims of all kinds.
