Este proyecto resume el recorrido realizado, para poder desarrollar e implementar la reforma al sistema de gestión de calidad en la empresa Galante S.A., que siendo una empresa de servicios de construcción y competente en el medio, y que contaba con un sistema de gestión de calidad, este no era mantenido de manera adecuada y estaban a punto de perder la certificación entregada por Bureau Veritas. Se plasmó la metodología utilizada para implementar la reforma al sistema de gestión de calidad, explicando el esquema utilizado, tanto para la documentación como para la estructura organizacional en general. A través de la reforma realizada se demostró la capacidad desperdiciada que tenía la empresa por falta de comunicación y las oportunidades que tenía frente a los mercados que se presentan actualmente en el campo de la construcción de cimentación profunda. |
