description	En el presente escrito de investigación se encontrarán expuestos los aspectos que intervienen en la reincorporación a la vida laboral de las personas con antecedentes judiciales, su seguridad del derecho al trabajo y como esto es vital para la oportuna reinserción social, de igual manera se tendrán en cuenta las regulaciones que actualmente se encuentran vigentes en Colombia frente a un tema de gran relevancia como lo es la reinserción social, desde la norma, la constitución y la jurisprudencia, a su vez el aspecto social y de contexto que se ve directamente relacionado con la efectividad en la cual el individuo puede reincorporarse y asumir el proceso a través del trabajo, teniendo garantizados sus derechos.
