Statistically, cholecystectomy is the second most urgent abdominal surgical procedure in all hospitals in the world and the first in the environment of scheduled surgery; Knowing these data, a Fast-Track Surgery protocol was designed in order to provide the patient with a faster and more timely recovery, an early return to their activities and the decongestion of hospitalization services of health institutions. When measuring the final result of surgery, morbidity, mortality, hospital stay, the total rest period before returning to work or previous usual activity, among other indicators, are usually analyzed. Well, these parameters are related to the surgical technique, with the number of patients treated in a given hospital for a specific procedure and with the processes used by each institution; All this is changing in a dizzying way. Many of the procedures are performed today through minimally invasive surgery and, on the other hand, the referral of patients, has made certain centers gain more experience in their practices, obtaining better results. The application of the Fast-Track Surgery protocol or multimodal rehabilitation in patients candidates for gallbladder surgery for cholecystitis Tokyo I would improve the results regarding hospital stay, post-surgical pain management and patient satisfaction in relation to those obtained with regular protocols? By asking ourselves this question, we developed a protocol that evaluates the one that covers the pre-surgical, trans-surgical and post-surgical periods where common measures are established for the recovery of patients in an average time of 6 hours at the end of the surgical procedure to guide an early discharge and improve thus the health services regarding the availability of the service.PDFapplication/pdfspahttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/co/Atribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas 2.5 Colombiainfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2Protocolo Fast TrackColecistectomía laparoscópicaCirugíaFast-Track Surgery ProtocolCholecystectomyGallbladder SurgeryAmbulatory surgeryLaparoscopyColecistectomia laparoscópicaCirugía de la vesícula biliarCirugía ambulatoriaProtocolo Fast-Track SurgeryColecistectomiaLaparoscopiaCirugía de la vesícula biliarCirugía ambulatoriaTiempo de hospitalizacion según protocolo Fast Track en colecistitis Tokio I informe preliminarTesis de Especializacióninfo:eu-repo/semantics/acceptedVersionhttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1finfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisDe Lathouwer C, Poullier JP.
