La presente investigación me permitió documentar lo establecido en el decreto 1072 de 2015 sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la empresa C.A.C. ENGINEERING S.A.S, se partió de un diagnóstico inicial de las condiciones de la empresa aplicado la Resolución 0312 del 2019 donde se establecen los estándares mínimos del SG-SST el cual es de obligatorio cumplimiento. Una vez reconocidas las condiciones actuales en las que se encuentra la empresa se elaboró la matriz de peligros y valoración de los riesgos a los que se encuentran expuestos los trabajadores aplicando la Guía Técnica Colombiana GTC-45 de 2012 y así poder analizar el nivel del riesgo de las diferentes tareas realizadas, Con esta información recolectada se procedió a documentar el sistema de gestión, diseñando manuales formatos de inspecciones con el fin de dar un buen seguimiento al sistema aplicando el ciclo PHVA. |

ENGINEERING S.A.S, was based on an initial diagnosis of the conditions of the company applied Resolution 0312 of 2019 where the minimum standards of the SG-SST are established, which is mandatory. Once the current conditions in which the company is recognized, the hazard matrix and assessment of the risks to which the workers are exposed was developed, applying the Colombian Technical Guide GTC-45 of 2012, in order to analyze the level of risk of the different tasks performed.
