description	La presente investigación muestra el plan de logística de integración horizontal de Colmuebles Ltda., cuyo objetivo fue establecer la estrategia de distribución logística de sus productos desde su planta (Punto origen Oi – Bogotá) a sus clientes distribuidores (Puntos destino Dj– Diferentes regiones de Colombia) a través de la localización de Centros de Distribución CENDIS. El objeto del estudio se centró en crear una solución óptima al sistema de distribución de productos de la organización a las cuatro regiones del mapa de actuación de la empresa, que logrará establecer tiempos de respuesta al menor costo posible, garantizado el portafolio de productos, calidad y servicio. A partir de la solución propuesta, se logró establecer los costos asociados al montaje de los nuevos CEDIS, la capacidad de la red y los tiempos de respuesta teóricos de la promesa de servicio (PS); adicionalmente se plantean las posibles estrategias a seguir a para optimizar la capacidad disponible (Estructura) del sistema en el futuro (tn+1).

A partir de la solución propuesta, se logró establecer los costos asociados al montaje de los nuevos CEDIS, la capacidad de la red y los tiempos de respuesta teóricos de la promesa de servicio (PS); adicionalmente se plantean las posibles estrategias a seguir a para optimizar la capacidad disponible (Estructura) del sistema en el futuro (tn+1).This project show the logistics plan of horizontal integration in Colmuebles Ltda., the objective was found the distribution logistics strategy for the products form the company (Origin point Oi – Bogotá) to their distributors customers (Destination point Dj - Different regions of Colombia), through of location of Distribution Center CEDIS. The purpose of the study was created for to do a possible optimal solution to the distribution system of the organization's products in the Country (Map) by four regions of operation of the company, able to increase the response times at the lowest cost, guaranteed product portfolio, quality and service.
