They achieved this joining forces the Department of National Education, the Seine and the Department of Communications, creating this way the project called COMPUTERS TO EDUCATE; which (who) is based on a project of Canada, which manages by means of the donation of equipments (teams) of calculation and of a resupply and conditioning of these equipments (teams) that could return to be in use in the educational institutions for facilitating the access to the different technologies of information. The project is based on the continuation of the activities that gave place to the first stage of the initial phase of the program COMPUTERS TO EDUCATE in the Municipalities of Ventaquemada and Boyacá in Boyacá's Department, which understood (included) the analysis of risks that have the classrooms of computer science and the access to Internet that they were orientated in three principal aspects: The physical infrastructure, infrastructure of network (net) and the access to Internet. The second stage of the initial phase corresponds (fits) to the check of the suitable classrooms and the installed computers. Computers To educate in alliance with the municipal administrations and the educational community of the institutions beneficiaries he (she) promoted the adequacy of the classrooms where the equipments (teams) of calculation establish themselves donated. The management of the local actors in the achievement of this product is fundamental for the fulfillment of the aims (lenses) of the Program. Also there was offered an educational Accompaniment that it was considered important to facilitate the access to the technological infrastructure in the institutions beneficiaries, this type of help divided in four types of workshops: “Administration, Sustainability, Maintenance and Sensitization ". The program considered priority to offer educational accompaniment, which allowed to promote the good utilization of these resources in the educational processes. The design and the study that realized the program helped to determine the implementation of the project, the adequacy of the classrooms was confirmed, also the requirements as for legal papers, the workshops were fulfilled in its entirety and the introduction was added to the phase of deepening of the project for the institutions benefited from the program.
