Este artículo pretende presentar los avances jurisprudenciales en este período, destacando el cambio de enfoque del modelo punitivo tradicional hacia uno alternativo que aborda las nuevas dimensiones de la justicia en el contexto de transición. En el sistema judicial colombiano históricamente se ha dado énfasis a la sanción como respuesta a la transgresión de las normas penales. Sin embargo, con la incorporación de la justicia restaurativa se abre un enfoque que busca alternativas de resolución de conflictos y reparación, dándole a la víctima un papel activo en el proceso, logrando un mayor dinamismo entre las partes.

This article intends to present the jurisprudential advances in this period, highlighting the change of focus from the traditional punitive model to an alternative one that addresses the new dimensions of justice in the transition context. In the Colombian judicial system, emphasis has historically been given to the sanction as a response to the transgression of penal norms.
