Description
Summary:The competitiveness of SMEs in the restaurant subsector of the city of Cúcuta (Colombia) is analyzed. The research has a quantitative approach and a non-experimental-transectional design. Twenty-five restaurants participated and a validated questionnaire was used. The findings show that the SMEs in the restaurant subsector are competitive at the regional level, although they need to improve in the control of process management and improvement plans. The sub-sector must remain within a conservative strategy with some modifications.
