The research has been proposed as an objective to analyze the challenges and difficulties that the Municipalities of Cucutilla, Arboledas, Salazar, Santiago, Gramalote, Lourdes and Villa Caro have in the effective application of Law 1801 of 2016. Through a survey of the responsible agents in each of the Municipalities of the application of Law 1801 of 2016, mayors, Municipal Inspector and Police Commander of each municipality was able to identify that among the difficulties for the efficient application of Law 1801 of 2016 is the low financial capacity of these municipalities to build the necessary infrastructure: Municipal sewer, Center for the protection of persons transferred by police procedure.La ley 1801 de 2016 o código Nacional de Policía y convivencia ciudadana tiene como objeto central la promoción de la convivencia ciudadana mediante el cumplimiento de deberes, con un marco normativo para corregir y prevenir los comportamientos que afectan las relaciones sociales en un ambiente comunitario y que mediante su aplicación efectiva, evitar que estos conflictos trasciendas al ámbito judicial o penal. La investigación se ha propuesto como objetivo analizar los retos y dificultades que tienen los Municipios de Cucutilla, Arboledas, Salazar, 10 Santiago, Gramalote, Lourdes y Villa Caro, en la aplicación efectiva de la Ley 1801 de 2016. A través de una encuesta a los agentes responsables en cada uno de los Municipios de la aplicación de la Ley 1801 de 2016, alcaldes, Inspector Municipal y Comandante de Policía de cada municipio se logró identificar que entre las dificultades para la eficiente aplicación de la Ley 1801 de 2016 se encuentra la baja capacidad financiera de estos municipios para construir la infraestructura necesaria: Coso municipal, Centro de protección de las personas trasladas por procedimiento policial.PregradoAbogado(a)CONTENIDO Pág.
