En el caso en particular de la gestión estratégica, es muy importante que los sistemas sean llevados a cabo con total eficiencia ya que el mismo depende enteramente de la precisión con que los factores claves del éxito de la empresa son identificados. La gestión estratégica es la encargada de conducir a la empresa a un futuro deseado, lo que implica que la misma debe influir directamente en el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos, y esta dirección que tomará la gestión estratégica debe contar con toda la información necesaria para que las decisiones correspondientes puedan ser tomadas precisamente con respecto a la actitud y postura que la gestión estratégica asumirá ante cualquier situación. Warriors company, es una empresa pequeña que se preocupa en sostenerse y clasificarse como uno de los mejores restaurantes bar de la ciudad. El cual para esto desempeña una gran atención y satisfacción en sus platos para el cliente y así sea más grato el servicio realizado por la empresa. Cumpliendo con los requisitos requeridos por las políticas internas y externas de la empresa. Brindar un espacio para compartir inspirado en la era antigua, acompañado de la mejor comida, bebida y fiesta contando para ello con talento humano capacitado e idóneo para satisfacer gustos y preferencias de nuestros comensales con estándares de calidad. Ser reconocido en el año 2020 como el mejor restaurante bar inspirado en la era antigua por su combinación de comida, bebidas y fiestas creando un ambiente único para compartir basado en una mejora continua.
