Summary:Logística y Eventos S.A.S. It is a line of business around the realization of business and social events. For this work, it offers logistics services in general, before, during and after the event, food, decoration in all themes and floral arrangements, tablecloths, chairs, glassware, liquors, music, lighting, filming, among others. The differentiation of this business model with the existing ones on the market is framed by the fact that the provision of all services is carried out through outsourcing, defining strategic allies in eastern Antioquia. The added value offered by the Logistics and Events SAS company is to be able to provide the client with all the services necessary for their events in a personalized and complete way according to their budget and needs, thus trying to reduce costs, without losing quality from service. Always ensuring to provide complete advice from before hiring the service, and thus generate an empathy with the client, to be able to identify in a clear and timely manner, what he needs and requires for his event. For this, representative companies of eastern Antioquia have been identified that support the services that Logística y Eventos SAS will offer through a portfolio of services, these companies will be key allies for the development of social and business events, not only minimizing costs of maintenance, support and logistics but also generating employment in the region. For the operation of the business unit, only three strategic positions are required: a Business Administrator who fulfills various functions in the company, a marketing manager and a driver with knowledge in logistics. These three professionals will be in charge of carrying out the work of the company. The financial requirements to develop this proposal are $ 24,802,000, a low sum taking into account the business model, which will offer a complete service without significant investments and minimal financial risk.
