Summary:The Deleite fruit and ice cream company has been an organisation that has been characterised by good customer service and good protocols within the commercial establishment; however, there have been shortcomings in compliance with certain standards established by it. Because of this, this work will aim to make a proposal for standardization of processes, in the activities involved in the logistics of entry, preparation and logistics of exit of the company, in order to reduce inefficiencies in the activities, to organise the structure and method of work, to provide a better service of better quality. For the development of these objectives, a methodology was applied that is based on a diagnosis of the activities involved in input logistics, preparation and exit logistics, on the documentation of the processes of some primary activities in the value chain and on the assessment of the level of standardisation. As a result, this work is divided into 6 (six) parts, which count the process applied in the company Deleite fruit and ice cream. Initially, there is talk about the approach to the problem, which expresses the difficulties evidenced in the company by the lack of order. Secondly, the research questions are raised, where the way in which this work should be implemented is argued. Then the general and specific objectives are set out, which gave light to the effective development of the standardisation proposal. At this point, the theoretical framework is developed, which explains the prior terms for understanding the processes on which the company is based. Finally, the methodology applied to the company, the results shown in the process and the conclusions obtained in the standardisation process are explained.
