Factibilidad de exportación de tomate de árbol desde Colombia hacia Alemania

This research project is carried out as a requirement to obtain the degree as Professional in Foreign Trade from the Universidad Católica de Oriente. Considering that at the international level Colombia has comparative advantages, such as its geographical location and its climate, in addition to competitive advantages such as trade agreements with other countries, which allow the production and export of different agricultural products, such as the tree tomato, The main objective is to carry out a feasibility study for the export of tree tomato from Colombia to Germany. For this, a study is carried out that includes relevant market, technical and financial aspects for the supposed execution of the project, through an investigation with a quantitative approach, of a descriptive type, based mainly on secondary information sources, such as databases, statistics and reports and also some consultations with experts as primary sources of information. It is intended to know the target market at national and international level, the conditions and requirements for export from Colombia and for import into Germany and also make a financial projection with real costs to analyze economic indicators; so that the conditions under which the implementation of the project is viable or not can be determined and thus generate clear criteria to minimize risks as well as serve as a guide for those interested in exporting exotic fruits to the European market.
