Summary: | One of the most consumed foods by humans today is eggs, however in order to generate large economic profits, the poultry industry has grown intensively in order to produce large quantities of eggs. The purpose of this work of degree, is to generate a project of production of organic eggs, where the feeding and the habitat of the animal generate well-being to them, producing an egg with nutritional values superior to the traditional eggs. Over time, the generation of human food has been changing permanently, as well as the evolution in the care and exploitation of animals for consumption and use. Today man makes use of different resources that are presented to him in nature and in the animal world, where he seeks to survive and also generate some economic profits. One of the sectors that drives the economy in the country and maintains its growing trend is the poultry industry, which, through its products of easy access for the consumer, is presenting a superior demand with respect to other sectors. According to Fenavi, National Federation of Poultry Farmers of Colombia (Elejalde, 2019) in 2018 there was a growth of 5.6% in egg production compared to 2017, because in 2018 there were 14,606 million units compared to 13,827 million eggs in 2017. |
