Summary:The purpose of this research is to develop a marketing plan based on the results obtained in the market research carried out on medium-sized companies in the municipality of Rionegro with respect to the services offered by the company Ambiente Sostenible S.A.S. The marketing plan is the main instrument to develop strategies that allow positioning the services offered in a new market segment, in such a way that customers feel confidence and security when purchasing it. This plan allows the company to know what state it is in and what direction it should follow, it allows integrating the members of the company so that everyone follows the objectives set, it helps to manage resources, it also helps to know the positioning of the company and to control and evaluate the results to establish improvement strategies.
