La relación del conocimiento no queda limitada a dichos desarrollos, sino que se hace más compleja cuando a esta dinámica realidad conteporánea se allegan otros elementos como la movilidad global y la permanencia en un territorio; órdenes espaciotemporáles que aunados a los factores socioculturales dan continuidad a la distinción entre lo global y lo nacional.
