El lenguaje juega un papel importante en la vida de las personas, ya que comprende la comunicación y la expresión de los seres humanos. Cuando se trata de estudiantes de lengua extranjera, el idioma inglés puede convertirse en una barrera y crear grandes dificultades que no permiten una comunicación efectiva, lo que lleva a la imposibilidad de expresar la totalidad de las ideas de una persona sobre la realidad circundante (Kortneeva et al. 2019) . En cuanto a la educación pública del contexto colombiano, los estudiantes de secundaria tienen dificultades en el desarrollo de todas las habilidades lingüísticas, explícitamente en el habla. Por lo tanto, esta propuesta de innovación pedagógica tiene como objetivo desarrollar la confianza en el habla inglesa en estudiantes de 10 ° grado a través de la implementación de juegos de improvisación tomados y adaptados de diferentes autores, así como ejercicios de teatro experimentados personalmente, como una estrategia pedagógica en un salón de clases de inglés como lengua extranjera. De acuerdo con esto, los juegos de improvisación serían la herramienta para mejorar una conexión más cercana con el idioma Inglés y permitirle a los estudiantes expresarse e interactuar oralmente y con seguridad. |

Cuando se trata de estudiantes de lengua extranjera, el idioma inglés puede convertirse en una barrera y crear grandes dificultades que no permiten una comunicación efectiva, lo que lleva a la imposibilidad de expresar la totalidad de las ideas de una persona sobre la realidad circundante (Kortneeva et al. 2019) . En cuanto a la educación pública del contexto colombiano, los estudiantes de secundaria tienen dificultades en el desarrollo de todas las habilidades lingüísticas, explícitamente en el habla. Por lo tanto, esta propuesta de innovación pedagógica tiene como objetivo desarrollar la confianza en el habla inglesa en estudiantes de 10 ° grado a través de la implementación de juegos de improvisación tomados y adaptados de diferentes autores, así como ejercicios de teatro experimentados personalmente, como una estrategia pedagógica en un salón de clases de inglés como lengua extranjera. When it comes to EFL learners, the English language can become a barrier and create great difficulties which do not allow learners to communicate effectively, leading to the impossibility of expressing the totality of a person's ideas of the surrounding reality (Kortneeva et al. 2019). Regarding public education in the Colombian context, it is possible to see that high school students struggle with all language skills development, explicitly speaking skills. Thus, this innovative proposal aims to develop English Speaking confidence in 10th-grade students through the implementation of Improv games taken and adapted from different authors, as well as personally experienced theater exercises, as a pedagogical strategy in an EFL classroom.
