Summary:This reflection article presents the results of a research, extension, and social outreach project which aimed to construct networks of teachers-researchers of primary and secondary education in 109 municipalities of Cundinamarca. This experience was carried out by the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional between 2014 and 2016, in partnership with the Secretary of Education in Cundinamarca, the Universidad de los Andes, the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, and the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios. The created networks were envisioned as training spaces based on an exchange of educational experiences, founded on the wisdom and knowledge of teachers, their desires, frustrations, and the construction of educational alternatives.
