Summary: | This work presents a reflection on the professionalization experiences of in service normal school teachers, led by the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education program of the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, highlighting the fundamental aspects for the strengthening of the program, which mark courses of action for planning and developing future proposals. At the same time, it exposes the importance of the processes of permanent teacher training and points out the recognition of the teacher's knowledge and the permanent reflection they make on their pedagogical practice as central aspects. In addition to the contributions and reflections that these professionalization experiences give rise to, the importance of developing extension and research proposals that strengthen the degree is highlighted. In the same way, the fundamental role that normal school teachers have had in education in Colombia is recognized as well as the commitment of the University to their permanent training which also allows enriching their practices. |
