description In order to think of the school as a form of socio educational composition in fluent time, this research article analyzes the school phenomenon called bullying in an institution of the first suburban belt of Buenos Aires, Argentina. With this objective the voice of the protagonists, teachers, stalkers and victims, and the way in which they value, conceive and suffer this type of violence is recovered. The central issue is the repeated situations that are observed in which peer abuse has been deepened and systematically sustained in secondary education. One of the most common problems faced by teachers and discussed in the teachers' room is the proliferation of bullying; unfortunately being the intervention of the adult one of their main tasks in everyday life. Institutional strategic planning becomes a necessary condition for the prevention of the emotional health of teachers, students and other professionals in the school community. It is concluded that research about what plans, trainings, meetings with parents, student workshops, etc., plans the institution provides tools to evaluate and diagnose what strategies can be developed from the educational management to prevent and / or reduce this problem.

Se recupera con este objetivo la voz de los protagonistas, docentes, acosadores y víctimas, y la forma en que ellos valoran, conciben y sufren este tipo de violencia. El tema central son las reiteradas situaciones que se observan en las que el maltrato entre pares se ha profundizado y sostenido de manera sistemática en la educación secundaria.  Cuando se dialoga en sala de profesores, una de las problemáticas más usuales que enfrentan los docentes es la proliferación del bullying, siendo lamentablemente la intervención del adulto una de sus principales tareas en la cotidianidad. La planificación estratégica Institucional se torna como condición necesaria para la prevención de la salud emocional de docentes, estudiantes y demás profesionales de la comunidad escolar. Se concluye que investigar sobre qué capacitaciones, encuentros con los padres, talleres de alumnos, etc., planifica la institución brinda herramientas para evaluar y diagnosticar qué estrategias pueden desarrollarse desde la gestión educativa para prevenir y/o disminuir esta problemática.Para pensar a escola como uma forma de composição socioeducativa em tempos fluentes, este artigo de pesquisa analisa o fenômeno escolar chamado bullying em uma instituição do primeiro cordão de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Com esse objetivo, recupera-se a voz dos protagonistas, professores, perseguidores e vítimas, e a maneira como valorizam, concebem e sofrem esse tipo de violência. A questão central são as repetidas situações observadas nas quais o abuso entre pares foi aprofundado e sustentado sistematicamente no ensino médio.  Ao dialogar na sala dos professores, um dos problemas mais comuns que os professores enfrentam é a proliferação do bullying; infelizmente, a intervenção do adulto é uma de suas principais tarefas na vida cotidiana. O planejamento estratégico institucional torna-se uma condição necessária para a prevenção da saúde emocional de professores, alunos e outros profissionais da comunidade escolar. Conclui-se que investigar quais treinamentos, reuniões com os pais, oficinas de estudantes etc., planeja a instituição fornece ferramentas para avaliar e diagnosticar quais estratégias podem ser desenvolvidas a partir da gestão educacional para prevenir e / ou reduzir esse problema.Made available in DSpace on 2021-08-02T16:32:39Z (GMT).
