The second project, "Tightening one's own experience", suggests a research approach and the third one, intentionally named "Intersections", demonstrates the folds and interlacings that allow the mutual interactions.La presente publicación se construyó a partir de la elaboración de tres proyectos de innovación diseñados en marzo de 2003 y actualmente en desarrollo en el Instituto de Profesorado Nº 1de Casilda, Santa Fe, Argentina. Los proyectos proponen estrategias para el funcionamiento de los departamentos de Capacitación e Investigación.
