Este trabajo de grado aborda la sistematización de una experiencia educativa sobre un semillero de ajedrez en el Colegio Isabel II, con el objetivo de analizar los aprendizajes docentes y los resultados obtenidos. La sistematización se centra en el desempeño de los estudiantes, identificando habilidades de juego, motivaciones, intereses y fomentando el desarrollo de habilidades sociales y emocionales. La metodología utilizada sigue el enfoque de Oscar Jara sobre la Sistematización de una experiencia, que permite transformar las vivencias en conocimiento útil para mejorar la práctica educativa. Este proceso facilita la reflexión crítica, optimiza la enseñanza, asegura la continuidad del proyecto y mide su impacto, lo que a su vez mejora la formación de nuevos instructores y garantiza la evaluación del progreso de los estudiantes. La sistematización incluye cinco etapas: punto de partida, formulación del plan, recuperación del proceso vivido, reflexiones de fondo y puntos de llegada. El trabajo se estructura en estos capítulos, analizando detalladamente cada etapa y presentando conclusiones, recomendaciones y proyecciones para el futuro del proyecto. |
