The activities planned included the socialization of the book and the CD, talks and tours led by the Chamans of the community, who guided the correct identification and collection of medicinal plants, as well as a workshop on preparation of remedies and a chemistry lab with the support of the school teachers. As a result, it was generated the first space in school recognition to traditional medicinal knowledge of the people from the community who know the most and the legitimizing of the ethnic education instrument at the Francisco de Orellana (Community School), which put together the book and the Cultural Education Project (PEC). Se elaboró un libro y un cd de saberes tradicionales relacionados con plantas medicinales, escrito en español y lengua tikuna con miembros de la comunidad indígena de Macedonia (Amazonas colombiano). La socialización generó una reconciliación entre el saber tradicional ancestral y la escuela de la comunidad. Las actividades planteadas consistieron en la socialización del libro y el cd, charlas y recorridos liderados por los sabedores de la comunidad, quienes orientaron la identificación y correcta recolección de plantas medicinales, así como un taller de preparación de remedios en un laboratorio de química, con el apoyo de docentes de la institución.
