It attempted to answer the following research question: How are listening skills such as receiving, attending and understanding shaped by using storytelling with second graders at Prado Veraniego School? In this study the teaching process was based mainly in the reading of Children’s Literature. Some strategies I used in the implementation were the reading aloud, images and storytelling strategies.
