The qualitative research process based on the narratives of the subjects led us to affirm that the methodologies that were developed in the formation program from the perspective of REA came to stimulate reflection on different content related to the construction of teaching practice. Based on the data obtained in this study, we may be arguing in favor of the perspective of the IFA developed from the practice of reflective writing in diary of maple, as we realize that presents itself as a valuable formation potential, a method of intervention and possible constant (re)construction practice. Thus, we see the exercise of construction of diary of maple, backed in the IFA methodology, as a constituent and formation methodology of teaching action. O presente trabalho objetivou analisar o potencial formativo das narrativas reflexivas sob a perspectiva da Investigação-Formação-Ação (IFA). Para tanto, utilizamos como instrumento de pesquisa os diários de bordo escritos pelos sujeitos participantes deum projeto de formação docente. Procedemos à leitura destes, demarcação de trechos e posterior transcrição e categorização.O processo de pesquisa qualitativa com base nas narrativas dos sujeitos nos levou a afirmar que as metodologias que eram desenvolvidas no programa de formação sob a perspectiva da IFA vieram a estimular a reflexão sobre diferentes conteúdos relacionados à construção da prática docente. Com base nos resultados construídos nesta pesquisa, podemos estar argumentando em favor da perspectiva da IFA desenvolvida a partir da prática da escrita reflexiva nos diários de bordo, visto que percebemos que se apresenta como um potencial formativo valioso, tornando-se além de um processo de formação docente, um método de intervenção e possível (re)construção constante da prática.
