Description
Summary:In the first instance, this paper aims to present the distinction between ethical, moral and professional ethics of teachers. Modalities which takes the presence of ethics in teacher exceeding presentation was then pose ethical discipline. When the necessary programming to serve as teachers are addressed, you think of a competence profile involving not only knowledge but also the skills, abilities and attitudes. This led to observe, first, a global trend in the training of teachers in a competency-based curriculum framework, and secondly, a structural change in the conception of work that impacts the profession with high complexity jobs, part-time and multiple demands expected of teachers. This situation forces us to critically address the concept of competition, ambiguity and polysemy in different policy implementation partner (Torres Escobar, 2011) contexts. Thus, it is important to understand that this is not foreign to implement competency models without a review of the contextual demands.
