Métodos: Se incluyeron estudios de cohorte, realizando evaluación de la calidad de estos. Elaboramos una revisión sistemática , ya que había gran heterogeneidad de los ensayos. Resultados: Aspiración en VFSS se asoció a aumento de riesgo de neumonía y muerte, en algunos estudios. En FEES hubo aumento en el riesgo de neumonía pero sin significancia estadística. No hay datos suficientes sobre el riesgo de complicaciones con los otros hallazgos.
