Con esta investigación no experimental de tipo transversal descriptivo se maneja una muestra de 1812 aspirantes a cargos de seguridad del estado, pertenecientes a 12 ciudades Colombianas a los cuales se les aplico el MMPI-2 como parte del proceso de selección, esto con interés de describir las características de personalidad por medio del MMPI-2 en aspectos como género, cultura y así mismo en la construcción de los baremos correspondientes a la población Colombiana para identificar diferencias con los baremos Españoles y obtener resultados acordes a la cultura y la muestra manejada.
