A search through Cochrane, Embase, Pubmed, Medline, medrxiv.org and Google schol-ar was performed, on the use of biologic interventions in the COVID¿19/ SARS-COV-2 infection, viral pneumonia, and sepsis, until July 31, 2021. Throughout the research, we identified 4260 records of which 84 were selected for qualitative analysis. Amongst the results, we identified 5 popular targets of use: IL6 and IL1 inhibitors, Janus Kinase inhibitors, interferons, and mesen-chymal stem cells treatment.
