El desarrollo del talento humano en la organizaciónAdministración de personalCapacitación de empleados27 Páginas.Buscar potencializar el desarrollo de las personas mediante el permanente perfeccionamiento de sus habilidades técnicas y humanas, permitiendo obtener el logro de objetivos personales que a su vez estarán acordes con la organización, permitiendo esto una mejora en el cumplimiento de la visión ya que, todos estarán enfocados en los mismos procesos. A diferencia de lo que se piensa, los procesos de capacitación no son lo mismo que el desarrollo humano, estos difieren en lo segundo, potencia netamente el desarrollo de la organización ya que únicamente modifica los conocimientos con el propósito de lograr metas en las organizaciones.
