El objetivo de esta investigación fue la cultura en Elastoplast Ltda., identificar su impacto en el desempeño y la innovación en la organización, y formular recomendaciones para la administración de la cultura en Elastoplast Ltda. Para ello se aplico la encuesta de Cultura Organizacional de Denison a la total de la población de compañía. Como resultado se obtuvo una tendencia hacia la flexibilidad la cual se ve representada por las puntaciones de los rasgos de adaptabilidad e involucramiento.
